    Description

    For bid is an original (undated) "ROCK SPRINGS, WYOMING: Industry in the Land of Sage & Sun" promotional brochure with photographs and information!  Brochure has information about the city's coal, chemical, oil and natural gas businesses.  Rock Springs was one of the largest wool shipping centers in the United States!  Also, sections on "Livestock" and a history of the town.  Rock Springs as a "Gateway to Yellowstone National Park."  One panel has a map with surrounding communities and highways around Rock Springs, Wyoming.  No date but the Art Deco design indicates circa 1930's or 1940's.  Very good condition with some minimal wear.
